We know that access to relevant and relatable role models is crucial for a young person’s development.  Too many people, particularly from the poorest backgrounds, do not have access to relatable role models that prepare them for the world of work or learning beyond school.

That is why we are working in partnership with schools and colleges across the UK to help them build thriving alumni communities. We work closely with over 400 schools and colleges to create tailored programmes, which enable alumni to return and give support in a huge variety of ways.

"Keeping in touch with past pupils is very important to us. They can be a real inspiration to our current students, and we find their interest in their 'old school' and their willingness to help and support us far exceeds what we had thought before we got properly organised with a network".

We have various packages of support designed to suit specific needs of schools and colleges. If you have any questions about membership or how Future First can help you, please email info@futurefirst.org.uk.

They said about Future First

"Keeping in touch with past pupils is very important to us. They can be a real inspiration to our current students, and we find their interest in the 'old school' and their willingness to help and support us far exceeds what we had thought before we got properly organised with a network. Future First has proved to be invaluable in moving us from a school which was interested in its alumni to one which is proactive in really engaging with them to our mutual advantage"

John Kendall

Headteacher, Risca Community Comprehensive School, Wales

"FutureFirst has created a very effective way for us to keep in touch with our alumni. It is simple for us to send out requests for help and we have had a lovely response each time we have asked for something. We now have a very skilled alumni on a small fundraising Trust for our disabled students. Two former students were guests of honour at our Celebration Evening for the 2015 GCSE cohort and gave inspiring accounts of their life since school. Thank you Future First! "

David Brixey

Headteacher, The Angmering School, Sussex.
