Former students: how to get started on the Future First Hub and get the most out of it

Future First’s new digital Hub is the perfect way for you to stay in touch with your former school – wherever you are.

It’s the easiest way to safely connect with the school and its students so you can help boost their future prospects.

Getting set up is quick and hassle free, either watch our video below or continue on to read our guidance.

Your former school or college will send you a registration link so you can sign up and quickly become part of this new, exciting and interactive Hub – unique to your former school.

Features on the Hub include job and career-related opportunities for current students. You may want to use this section to post job vacancies, work experience or other opportunities at your company for pupils to consider.

There’s also a facility for uploading resources to help students prepare, plan, and explore their future pathways. This space is specific to the school and it’s a perfect place for you to upload videos with advice that you think will help students about to leave education and embark on their next steps.

As well as a section featuring up-coming events at the schools that might be of interest, there will also be specific groups which may relate to your work or areas of expertise. If there is a group that relates to your career path or educational journey, please get involved and help the students of today to launch their way to a successful future.

All in all, the Hub is an easy and interactive way for you to stay in touch with your school, keep up to date with what’s going on and a fantastic virtual tool for you to help today’s students to make a success of their future.
