Hubs privacy policy

In addition to the information set out in this privacy policy, your school or college may be part of a wider group of schools/colleges, overseen by a trust, federation, or organisation running a specific project with the schools/colleges.

To enable such organisations to access your data in the same way your school or college does, either now or in the future, check the tick box next to this policy link or manage your preferences in your profile area.

If your school/college is currently part of a wider group of schools/colleges

If your school/college is a member of such a group, the relevant organisation will be listed here.

[School name] is a member of [MAT name].

[An extra paragraph specific to the trust, federation or other group may be shown here.]

If your school/college is not part of a wider group of schools/colleges

If your school/college isn’t yet part of such a group, you can still manage your preferences, and if they join such a group in the future we will send you a notification and take your existing preferences into account. You can update your preferences at any time.

Your choices

If you do not want your personal information shared with the organisations listed above, or similar organisations should your school/college join such a group in the future, you can leave the checkbox next to this policy link unticked, or manage your preferences in your profile area.

Your school/college will still be able to contact you if you opt out of sharing your data with other organisations.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We have put in place technical and organisational measures that are designed to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
